Forlo provides a one-time setup service. We deploy a private, self-hosted analytics instance to a server account that you own and control. The setup includes configuration, domain connection, and onboarding materials as described in the plan you purchased.
Forlo is a setup and configuration service. We do not provide ongoing hosting. Your analytics instance runs on your own server account after setup is complete. You are responsible for managing that account and its costs going forward.
All plans are charged as a one-time fee at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.
Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

To request a refund, email hello@forlo.me within 14 days of purchase with your order details.
After setup, your analytics instance and all visitor data it collects belong to you. Forlo has no claim to your data and no ongoing access to your server or dashboard after the setup process is complete.
You own your server account. You own your database. You own your data.
Forlo's brand, website, documentation, and proprietary configuration work are owned by Forlo. You may not resell, sublicense, or represent Forlo's setup work as your own independent product without a separate written agreement.

Forlo provides this service as-is. We do not guarantee that your analytics instance will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every possible site configuration. We do guarantee that we will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues that arise during setup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forlo's total liability to you for any claim arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid for your plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
You agree not to use Forlo's setup service to deploy analytics on sites that engage in illegal activity, harassment, fraud, or any activity that violates our Responsible Use Policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We post updates here with a revised date. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
