Forlo ("we", "us", "our") operates forlo.me. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. Read it. It is short and written plainly on purpose.
When you purchase a Forlo plan, we collect:
We do not run advertising. We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties except where required to deliver the service (Stripe for payments, your chosen email provider for support correspondence).
Your Forlo analytics instance runs on your own server. We have no access to your visitor data after setup is complete. Your instance collects:
Your instance collects no cookies and no personal identifiers. No IP addresses are stored. No cross-site tracking occurs. Your visitor data belongs to you and lives on your server.
Our marketing site does not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics. If we use any session cookies for functional purposes (for example, remembering a form state), they are strictly necessary and do not track you across sites.

We retain your purchase records for as long as required by applicable law (typically seven years for financial records). Support correspondence is retained for up to two years. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@forlo.me.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, your rights are protected under GDPR. We process data on the basis of contractual necessity (to deliver the service you purchased). We do not transfer your personal data outside your jurisdiction without appropriate safeguards.
Forlo is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
We update this policy when our practices change. We post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use of Forlo after an update means you accept the revised policy.
